Key features include a 12,000 square meter cross dock for Road division’s transports and regional distribution, along with a 17,500 square meter warehouse accommodating around 28,000 pallet spaces. Designed to enhance Transport Related Warehousing (TRW) services, it seamlessly integrates with the Venlo gateway and Rhenus Groupage Network 2.0 for efficient distribution.
The facility is notable for its commitment to sustainability and well-being and holds BREEAM and WELL certifications. Equipped with advanced safety measures like a sprinkler system and zone-based camera surveillance, it ensures operational security.
